Traditional cuisine Opitergino-Mottense, this is the title of my latest book, just come for the type of "Library Opitergino Editrice" (Pagg.144 + 10). In the first part I have told the most traditional dishes of this area of \u200b\u200bTreviso, with numerous recipes and culinary rich iconography. In the final pages I have presented images of the ancient towns of the 14 playing cards made from photographs taken between late 800 and early 900. I believe that this part of the province of Treviso, wedged between the West and the Friuli Venezia East having a precise food and gastronomic traditions, deserved a book which sets, for future generations, the traditional dishes and still more present both in homes and taverns and restaurants. The research, carried out in the listening Over the years, many grandmothers and the cooks of the old taverns, gave results which I fully satisfactory in terms of the types of dishes presented. We hope that in this area continue to be prepared also by young brides.
